Why This Program Was Created
This Leaders Program was created to provide leaders with their own inner healing and transformation so they can be best equipped to meet the emotional needs of the people they serve.
The program is designed to equip leaders with Christ-centered, biblically grounded approaches to emotional healing and restoration. As leaders participate in the course, they may experience personal support, insight, and transformation related to stress-related concerns encountered through ministry.
Through this program, they will:

- Gain understanding of how God can heal trauma from past hurts

Suzanne B. Simpson, M.Ed, LPC, BCC, is a licensed professional counselor, board-certified coach, and published author with over 25 years of experience equipping individuals and ministry leaders with Christ-centered counseling and inner healing tools.
Her work focuses on providing practical, biblically grounded approaches that support emotional healing, relational restoration, and spiritual growth within ministry and congregational settings. Suzanne’s heart is to help leaders develop the understanding and skills needed to care for others with wisdom, compassion, and discernment.
Suzanne has worked with individuals, couples, and ministry leaders, offering a supportive, faith-based environment where healing tools can be learned and applied in both personal and ministry contexts.
