Emotions might have gotten stagnated which typically can stifle the passion you feel when you are at your height of creativity. You may be holding onto old emotional hurts or even more present emotions that you have been stuffing and not wanting to feel. These emotions formed by beliefs create a destructive frequency that stands in the way of your moving into healthy interactions and experiencing motivation toward your passions. Research shows that the cells of our body hold onto this destructive frequency of these emotions until you allow them to be fully released.
When emotions are pushed down it takes sometimes tension from the outside much like a pressure cooker to discover what is bubbling up inside you. When these emotions emerge it is a good thing because the subconscious is ready to release them. The conscious emotions typically are around 10% of what we are aware of with the remaining 90% are the subconscious below the iceberg which sometimes is difficult to identify.
Only then can you truly see what’s blocking you from expressing your true essence and passions. So the way out is to let your emotions be experienced much like the waves you see in the ocean. The waves may start out bigger, but eventually will get smaller and smaller and begin to dissipate. If we get stuck in the emotions it’s usually because we have made up a story in our mind that we keep mulling through our head. The story forms faulty belief patterns that keeps us stuck emotionally and many times will feel like we have hit a wall.
We have tools that you can share that will move you through these blocks rather rapidly so you can have a breakthrough. Call to discovery more.
