May was action packed with a new workshop I did on Moving from Stuck to Unstoppable for the Woman’s Chamber which was a great success. In addition, I did a testimonial video for my practice, hosted my husband’s 60th birthday celebration and my usual work of helping people individually clear out their inner blocks. I am so excited about the video that a fellow colleague did for my business! He did an awesome job so take time to view it : linkhttps://youtu.be/MPhVsmM1Y84.
May is usually a time of flowers blooming, but we are all aware this May has been exceptionally different from other years. We have been showered with lots of moisture which I like to see as a time of cleansing of old and regeneration of the new.
Many times we find ourselves grumbling at the rain we have been experiencing much like how we feel when we are cleansing. However, I’d like to challenge you to think of it as a hopeful time of regeneration since it can make room for the new to come flooding in. Just like the inner blooming in our own life, we will eventually see those beautiful flowers bursting forth that have been laid dormant from all of rain.
What are you not wanting to cleanse? Is it an old relationship that you haven’t wanted to let go of? Or maybe it is a stagnant career where you feel blocked in finding a way out? Or maybe its a health issues that continues to plague you. If you are wanting to move forward in any of these areas it’s important to know that your stagnation may be a result of holding onto to negativity that is binding you.
Unresolved emotions can create a negative frequency that causes us to feel stuck in moving forward. This can inhibit our successfully attracting the next new beginning. What I recommend quite often is a book titled Transitions: Making Sense out of Life’s Changes by William Bridges. He stresses the importance of allowing ourself to go through an in between zone where you release the beliefs, grieve over losses, and allow yourself to empty out those things didn’t didn’t serve you well in the last situation before moving on.
Tips on getting cleansed:
- notice when have a strong reaction to something; it will usually indicate something from the past that is unresolved.
- write out a time-line of events in your life and discover areas you never dealt with.
- examine people you have held resentments towards.
Here’s to a season of cleansing!
